This Holiday Lets Property Insurance product is designed to meet the demands and needs of owners of
Holiday Lets. The policy protects you against loss or damage to your Buildings and Contents, Rent
Receivable and Property Owners Liability. It covers such things as fire, theft, storm, flood,
malicious persons or vandals, escape of water and subsidence.

- Damage to your buildings at the premises caused by an insured event
- Fixtures and fittings at the premises
- Alternative accommodation or loss of rent costs
- Replacement locks following theft of keys

- Landlord’s fixtures and fittings and floor coverings at the premises
- Alternate accommodation or loss of rent
- Replacement locks following theft of keys, up to £2,500

Accidents to Domestic Staff
- Accidental bodily injury to your domestic staff

Rent Receivable

Loss of rent receivable if your buildings cannot be lived in or access to them is denied as
a result of damage insured

Property Owners Liability

Covers legal liability for accidental bodily injury including death or disease and
accidental damage to material property not belonging to you.

Identity Fraud
- Cover for advisers’ costs arising from identity fraud up to £25,000

- Theft or attempted theft caused by any persons lawfully in your premises

This Holiday Home Emergency Solutions policy is designed to meet the demands and needs of owners of Holiday Lets who require help 24/7 from a qualified contractor if a sudden unexpected event causes or is likely to cause damage to your property, make it unsafe or unsecure to stay in, or create a health risk to you or your guests.

What is insured? |
Cover applies to failure/damage to external doors/window which compromises security, failure of plumbing and drainage, breakdown of the main heating system, failure of domestic electricity or gas supply, loss of the only set of keys for the property, vermin infestation, and alternative accommodation for one night.

Key Exclusions |
Cover applies only to the contractor’s call out charge, labour costs, repair materials, replacement parts where the insurer has agreed and it is necessary and up to the sum shown in the policy wording. This policy does not provide heating breakdown cover if your central heating boiler is more than 15 years old. Cover is not provided for warm air, LPG and solar heating.

This Holiday Home Legal Solutions policy is designed to meet the demands and needs of owners of
Holiday Lets who wish to
protect themselves against legal costs to protect their legal rights should they become involved in
a dispute that is
covered by this policy.

What is insured? |
Cover applies to solicitors and barrister’s fees, court costs and your opponent’s costs if the
courts awards against
you. You can also access a free 24/7 personal legal advice helpline, and consumer legal services
website.

Key Exclusions |
This policy will not pay costs for legal proceedings if there are not reasonable prospects of
success. The insurer
interprets this to mean a 51% or more chance of winning.

Policy Cancellation |
Please contact us if you wish to cancel a policy we have arranged for you. You usually have a legal
right to cancel
policies for any reason, subject to no claims having occurred, within 14 days of receiving the full
terms and conditions
(cooling off period). If you decide to cancel your policy within this timeframe and you have not
made a claim on the
policy, you may be entitled to receive a refund of any premium paid less any reasonable costs
incurred by the insurer in
providing the cover. For cancellations after the cooling off period we charge a £50 cancellation
fee.
